STEVE FERGUSON
Co-founder of NRBQ (originally known as New Rhythm and Blues Quintet). Ferguson wrote for and performed on Johnnie Johnson’s 1991 comeback Johnnie B. Bad, trading guitar solos with Eric Clapton on “Blues #572″. Steve once described his approach to the guilt by saying he “played with the right hand of a country artist and the left hand of a blues guitarist.” After performing together at an NRBQ 35th anniversary show in 2004, Ferguson and Adams teamed up to record 2006’s Louisville Sluggers.
