OHIO PLAYERS
Inductees into the inaugural class of the Rhythm and Blues Hall of Fame. Achieved four Gold-certieid singles, four Gold-certified albums and seven Top 40 hits between 1972–1975. The band has received 14 Gold and Platinum Awards for their recordings. Originally from Dayton Ohio, the band amended their band name from “The Players” to add their home state .
