Two time BMI Award winner, multiple Grammy nominee, and Grand Old Opry inductee.

Original member of The Davis Sisters who went to #1 with “I’ve Forgotten More Than You’ll Ever Know” in 1953 (Covered by Bob Dylan on 1970’s Self Portrait).

1962’s “The End Of The World” (Produced by Chet Atkins) topped the Billboard Easy Listening charts, hit #2 Hot 100 & Country, and #4 on the R&B listings—the only time a song charted that high on all four surveys simultaneously.

“The End Of The World” was named by Lou Reed and Lana Del Rey as one of their favorite recordings of all time.
