SOULED AMERICAN
Alt-country/Americana band from Chicago, Illinois. The band’s first four full-lengths were released on Rough Trade Records. Their debut album, Fe, was co-Produced and Engineered by Jim Rondinelli (Wilco, The Jayhawks, BoDeans, Matthew Sweet). He called Souled American “far and away the most unique and fresh and talented band I’ve ever worked with.” Producer/Engineer Jim Deck (Iron And Wine, Modest Mouse, Counting Crows) said his work on Flubber and Around The Horn “is not effects or creative engineering, it’s the band’s own concept of what joins together. I’ve been striving for that feeling ever since.”
