Co-founder of the Grammy®-winning Carolina Chocolate Drops. Flemons is a music scholar, historian, and a multi-instrumentalist considered an expert player on the banjo, fife, guitar, harmonica, jug, quills, and rhythm bones. As a solo artist, Dom has ben nominated for a Grammy®, two Emmy® awards, and is a 2019 Wammie (Washington Area Music Awards) Winner. Has performed with artists including Guy Davis, Old Crow Medicine Show, and Taj Mahal.
