
WARREN ZEVON
Chicago born singer/songwriter and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductee. While a roommate of Lindsey Buckingham and Stevie Nicks in Los Angeles, collaborated with Jackson Browne – who produced his self-titled major label debut album, as well as the classic folow-up Excitable Boy, which featured the classic “Werewolves Of London.” His 1987 album Sentimental Hygiene used a core band of Peter Buck, Mike Mills, and Bill Berry of R.E.M. They also all collaborated on a one off release as Hindu Love Gods. A frequent guest on Late Night With and The Late Show With David Letterman, Zevon would occasionally fill in for band leader Paul Shaffer from 1982 through 2001.![]()
