We’ve really appreciated your patience over the past month or so since we opened the web store. We’ve been modifying and tweaking it, and trying to figure out the best ways get music directly to you! You’ll now notice that we’ve added Media Mail as an option for our U.S. customers and we can now ship internationally. You’d think that making these changes would be easy but frankly, nothing is easy! We’re very sensitive to how much it costs to ship packages (we buy a lot of records ourselves) and we’ve been trying to find the very best rates. Again, thank you for your patience in this matter!
If you experience any difficulties in ordering in the shop, please email us directly so we can resolve the issue.
That having been said, if you’re a U.S. resident who currently has anything on pre-order with us and would like to have it shipped Media Mail, please simply cancel your order and re-order selecting Media Mail.
Holiday shipping: For orders within the U.S., you must order on or before December 16 for arrival on or before December 24, We highly recommend using the Priority Mail shipping option. For orders shipping outside the U.S., you should not expect delivery on or before December 24.
Omnivore Recordings wishes you and yours a very merry holiday season, and we look forward to bringing you lots of excellent and amazing music in the new year!
